Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and c3333 ("c3333", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the c3333 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all other services provided by c3333 (collectively, the "Services").

Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account with c3333. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited. By registering, you agree to the following account obligations:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party.

Where an account is closed for a breach, c3333 may void all associated wagers and retain any bonus funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on c3333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c3333 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume transactions may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. c3333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposit, or accounts in a name other than the verified account holder.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment method verification before processing. Where verification is pending, withdrawal requests will be placed in a queue and processed once verification is complete.

Standard withdrawal processing times are within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within the applicable banking schedule for bank transfer requests. c3333 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal where further verification is required or where a review of the account is in progress.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been met in full.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the c3333 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c3333 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money, process funds on behalf of third parties, or conduct any financial transaction that violates applicable law.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts with other persons, or selling, transferring, or purchasing c3333 accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with c3333.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage not intended by the platform design.

Where c3333 suspects that any of the above conduct has occurred, it may suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before determining an appropriate course of action. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any funds held in the suspended account.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c3333, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity, including but not limited to losses sustained through individual game outcomes, sports betting results, or bonus wagering requirements.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any other reason outside c3333's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature, even if c3333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Account Suspension and Termination

c3333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where c3333 reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purpose; (c) the account holder is no longer eligible to use the platform; or (d) continuation of the account poses a risk to c3333 or other players.

You may close your c3333 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method provided your identity has been verified and there are no pending verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

c3333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, c3333 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the registered contact method or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the c3333 platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
